Rosina Leone Bello

The obit of Rosina Leone Bello appeared in the Steubenville (Ohio) Herald Star on April 17, 1962
A Solemn Requiem High Mass for Mrs. Rosina Bello, 70, wife of Adam Bello of 337 South 7th Sreet, was celebrated at 9 a.m. today in St. Anthony's Church.  Mrs. Bello died Monday morning in her home.  Death was attributed to natural causes.  The body will be removed to the DePasquale Funeral Home in Milford, Mass., where friends may call Thursday evening and Friday.  Brief services will be held Saturday morning in the DePasquale Funeral Home, followed by burial in St. Mary's Cemetery.  Mrs. Bello had resided many years in Milford, Mass., until marrying Mr. Bello on August 21, 1943 and moving to Steubenville.  She had assisted her husband in operating the Adam Bello Grocery on South 3rd Street, until Mr. Bello sold the store and retired.  She was a member of St. Anthony's Catholic Church and the Catholic Woman's Club. 
She leaves her husband; two step-sons, Fulvio Bello of Canton and Ettore Bello of Columbus; three step - daughters, Mrs. Ralph (Claudia) Ranalli of Youngstown, Mrs. Stanley (Dora) Zaleski of Pompano Beach, Fla., and Mrs. Guy (Edna) Tallman of Braddock Pa., and ten grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her first husband, John D'Amico, in 1932; a son, Ralph D'Amico and two brothers, all in Milford.  Mrs. Bello was born March 16, 1892, in Pettorano Sul Gizio, Province of Aquila, Italy, a daughter of the late Donate and Maria D'Amico Leone.
